Merry Christmas and happy New Year to all our fans, customers and friends. In spite of the recession we have had a good enough year, and we are looking forward to a great class schedule in the first months of the new year.

My New Year's resolution is to blog regularly about food, classes and what ever we learn in this adventure of running a kitchen store.
